A specialist school in Gateshead is looking for a Psychology graduate to join their team supporting pupils with autism and complex needs. It’s hands-on, meaningful work, and no two days are the same.
You’ll be working alongside experienced SEND professionals who genuinely care about doing things properly. Think structure, consistency, and lots of small wins that add up to big progress.
Your day might include:
• Supporting sensory regulation strategies
• Encouraging communication and independence
• Using behaviour support plans
• Celebrating breakthroughs, however small
