The successful candidate
will demonstrate a commitment to early childhood education and will be responsible for:Teaching the Kindergarten curriculum in a developmentally appropriate and engaging mannerAbility to work cooperatively with colleagues within and across the schoolFull Participation in student-learning and co-curricular activities Supporting the development of foundational literacy and numeracy skills through guided play-based and inquiry-based learning, and being able to follow an established literacy programUsing ongoing observation and sound assessment practices to monitor student progress and inform instruction Collaborating with learning support staff to support diverse learners and implement accommodations where necessarySupporting the development of positive social skills, emotional regulation, and respectful behaviour Extra-Curricular: Demonstrated commitment to co-curricular endeavours is an expectation.Priority Consideration will be given to ca...Apply for This Position
