Job Description
Job Summary : We are seeking skilled and experienced Language Interpreters fluent in English and second language to support U.S.-based customers. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to international call center environments and hands-on experience in live interpretation. The interpreter will provide real-time consecutive or simultaneous interpretation during customer calls, ensuring accurate, confidential, and culturally appropriate communication. This role demands professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
