Roles & Responsibilities Monitor market trend for F&B commercial kitchen equipment & Processing Equipment Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy Create & Develop procurement Supply Chain System Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams Determine key supply chain KPIs Suggest solutions for process improvements Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner Inventory management Responsible for sourcing of Commercial Kitchen Equipment and catering equipment Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals achieving value for money Work closely with team members to improve purchasing procedures Communicate and maintain a good relationship with suppliers Consolidate monthly report and statistics Other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Candidate must at least possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or Relevance.
