Job Responsibilities: Conducting product research & sourcing new suppliers & vendor Sourcing material/ goods/ product and services from different vendors Negotiating the best or most cost-effective deals and contracts Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplier and stock as necessary Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock Attending products launched and networking with industry professionals Research potential vendors Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner Coordinate with the delivery team and following upon delays or orders that have been rescheduled Attend industry trade shows & Vendor location Evaluating Supplies Key Competencies: Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role Good knowledge of...
