Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Purchasing includes request of quotation, negotiation on price, create Purchase Order, match PO with supplier invoice
  • Liaise with supplier on delivery schedule
  • Prepare daily delivery schedule
  • Upkeep inventory list
  • Project Co-ordination
  • Other ad hoc admin duties
Requirements
  • Applicable to Singaporeans or PR only
  • Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Procurement Studies
  • Provision in MS Office and ERP/Navision Software
  • Mature and able to work independently
  • 5 day work per week
