Responsibilities
- Purchasing includes request of quotation, negotiation on price, create Purchase Order, match PO with supplier invoice
- Liaise with supplier on delivery schedule
- Prepare daily delivery schedule
- Upkeep inventory list
- Project Co-ordination
- Other ad hoc admin duties
- Applicable to Singaporeans or PR only
- Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Procurement Studies
- Provision in MS Office and ERP/Navision Software
- Mature and able to work independently
- 5 day work per week
