Job Description
JOBS DESCRIPTION:
- Create and process purchase order (PO's)
- Follow up pending order and deliveries.
- Contact suppliers for quotation, orders and delivery updates.
- Check and file Purchasing documents and delivery orders.
- Maintain suppliers database and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the team when replenishment in needed.
- Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks.
- Minimum NITEC.
- At least 2 years of admin/purchasing experience.
- Good attention to details and organizational and coordination.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
