Purchasing Analyst (Vaughan)

Toromont Cat is looking for a Purchasing Analyst to join our team in Concord!

Pay Type: Full Time, Permanent

Compensation: $49,845.00 – $62,305.00. The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance‑based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end fleet lifecycle activities across multiple systems, including DBS, Sensaas, Holman, and Geotab.
• Coordinate budget planning processes, ensuring accurate set‑up and alignment of branch, cost center, prefix, fuel card, vehicle files, and auxiliary data.
• Prepare and manage capital expenditure (Cap Ex) requests, including year‑end Cap Ex pre‑close activities.
• Execute administrative fleet cycle functions, including invoice processing, asset and fuel tracking, driver profile creation, and fuel card set‑up and management during the project management stage.
