Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in the POS system.
- Generate and process purchase orders based on system alerts and supplier information.
- Evaluate multiple supplier options for pricing, quality, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical and system stock, investigating and addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Accurately register products in the POS system, including assigning barcodes, setting up variants and modifiers, and ensuring proper categorization.
- Manage inter-branch stock transfers, including preparing, tracking, and confirming deliveries between locations.
- Record and monitor delivery tracking details in POS and other inventory management tools.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order delays, confirm order details, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
