Job Description
Maintain an efficient and reliable purchasing system Source materials locally and overseas Conduct price comparisons and negotiate with suppliers. Assist in issue P.O. for purchasing of goods, plant, machinery and raw materials Monitor stock levels and support project material delivery requirements Assist incoming and outgoing shipment Coordinate and monitor on equipment maintenance. Perform general administrative tasks. Handle and direct incoming calls, messages, and walk-in enquiries in a professional manner. Provide administrative support to the HR/Admin and Purchasing departments. Assist in organising and supporting company events. Any other duties assigned
