Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Order Management

  • Order Generation: Generate a formal purchase order based on the purchase requirements and contract terms.
  • Order Tracking: Track the progress of the order to ensure that the supplier delivers on time, and communicate with the supplier when necessary to deal with order delays or other problems.
  • Order Modification and Cancellation: Handle order modification or cancellation in special circumstances, such as demand changes, production problems, etc.


2. Delivery and Receipt

  • Goods Receipt: Accept and inspect the goods according to the terms of the contract to ensure that the quantity, quality, specifications, etc. of the goods meet the contract requirements.
  • Quality Inspection: Perform quality inspection on the goods to ensure that they meet the predetermined standards. If any problems are found, communicate with the supplier in a timely manner to resolve them....
