Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help in sourcing and acquiring quotes from vendors.
  • Create and send out purchase orders.
  • Check in with vendors regarding lead times, deliveries, and order status.
  • Maintain track of price lists, supplier relationships, and purchase information.
  • Work together with internal departments to comprehend the needs for purchases.
  • Verify deliveries and address any inconsistencies with suppliers.
  • Assistance in keeping an eye on inventory levels and restocking requirements.

Requirements

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, a diploma, or a comparable credential.
  • Any prior expertise in purchasing, administration, or a similar industry is advantageous.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
