Lead the purchasing strategy for a specific material category (leathers and fabrics, metallic accessories, other products), ensuring optimal contractual conditions and supplier base solidity.

Ensure proper supplier capacity management, preventing risks of overloading or under-utilization.

Align suppliers with the brand’s quality, sustainability, and innovation objectives.

In collaboration with the Compliance team, assure suppliers compliance and performance through regular audits.
