Job Description
Jital Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations for our cattle feed and animal nutrition manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality raw materials, vendor management, cost optimization, inventory planning, and ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage procurement of raw materials including maize, soybean meal, DORB, premixes, additives, and packaging materials
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with production planning and business requirements
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Monitor commodity market trends and optimize procurement costs through strategic sourcing
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Evaluate and develop vendors as per FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and BIS requirements
