- Assign projects and programs to the purchasing and warehouse departments
- Coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies
- Evaluate daily operations and plan and control budget and expenditures
- Manage contracts and oversee analysis of data and information
- Advise senior management and lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and negotiating sales contracts
