Job Description

- Placing, tracking, and following up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.

- Researching suppliers, evaluating offers, and maintaining positive vendor relationships.

- Updating internal databases, maintaining records of purchases, invoices, and contracts.

- Providing administrative assistance including data entry and communication



Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance is often preferred.

• 2 yrs of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic lnowledge of supply chain procedures and market trends
