Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to meet business requirements
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and value
- Manage procurement processes including RFQ/RFP, supplier selection, and purchase orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and service quality
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations, finance, logistics)
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Support inventory planning and demand forecasting where required
