- Source and purchase raw materials, production supplies, and equipment for manufacturing
- Process purchase orders (PO)accurately and on time.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams
- Ensure materials meet required specifications and quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor market trends and identify alternative suppliers
- Coordinate with accounting for billing and payment concerns
- Maintain complete and organized purchasing records
