Purchasing Supervisor

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Purchasing Supervisor.
**What you'll do**:
The Purchasing Supervisor works to define the optimal purchasing process considering factors like delivery schedules, lot sizes, material handling and others, working with Warehouse, Supplier, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Sourcing, and other areas related, is responsible to procure direct material in a timely and optimal manner to achieve the established targets and indicators such as: DOH (Days on Hand), Logistics costs and On Time delivery, etc., complying with Mexican and International Laws and Eaton ́s policies.
- This position leads the Purchasing operations that procures Direct and Indirect material and services (MRO), also works closely with the Sourcing team to add new suppliers or improvement actions with the existing ones.
Monitor Supplier Performance and acts with the related parties when deviations are observed.
