Purchasing Trainee

Job Summary

The Purchasing Trainee will support the purchasing department in daily activities, learning the fundamentals of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization within a global automotive supplier environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders for various goods and services.
• Support the purchasing team in supplier communication, including requests for quotations (RFQs) and follow-ups.
• Learn to analyze supplier proposals and contribute to supplier selection processes.
• Participate in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers under supervision.
