Pursuit Leader

Role Description

Arcadis is seeking a Pursuit Leader to lead pursuits of any value, applying the Market to Opportunity and Pursuit to Win process to deliver high-quality submissions on time and within budget. This role will own and manage a portfolio of pursuits at various stages, sizing assignments where value can be added and resourcing allows, drawing on strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management, and technical expertise to shape winning strategies.

Role Accountabilities

In this role you will be responsible for liaising with client‑facing teams, Sector Leads, Account Leads, and Business Directors to lead pursuits through the Market to Opportunity (MtO) and Pursuit to Win (PtW) processes. You will mentor and support the development of other pursuit professionals, taking line management responsibilities to build a strong, capable team.
