What success looks like in this role:

Strategic Pursuit Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end pursuit management for strategic IT services opportunities across multiple service lines and geographies.

  • Partner with sales leaders to shape opportunities early in the pursuit lifecycle including win strategy development, and client engagement planning.

  • Define and drive pursuit strategy, value messaging, and proposal positioning aligned with client business priorities.

  • Provide advisory support to sales teams on competitive differentiation, pricing strategy, and proposal structure.

  • Deal Orchestration & Proposal Leadership

  • Own and manage the full pursuit lifecycle including RFI/RFP response strategy, solution development, pricing alignment, proposal creation, and final submission.
