You will be responsible for creating automated tests, finding bugs, and ensuring our products meet high standards. Your work will directly improve our efficiency and product reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain automated test scripts using modern QA tools.
Write and execute clear test plans and test cases.
Document test processes, results, and release notes.
Work with product and support teams to reproduce and analyze issues.
Provide direct remote assistance to customers to troubleshoot problems.
