QA Engineer

Job Title: QA Engineer (Salesforce) Job Location: SoftClouds, India Summary: We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce application & API testing. The resource will own functional quality across our Salesforce platform, customer-facing Experience Cloud portal, and Azure-hosted APIs that connect them. The role requires hands-on experience in Manual for web applications, API testing, and end-to-end validation across Salesforce and integrated systems. The QA Engineer will work closely with developers, BAs, and product owners in an Agile delivery model. Role & Responsibilities Translate user stories, acceptance criteria and wireframes into detailed test plans, manual test cases and exploratory charters. Execute manual functional, regression, smoke, sanity and UAT testing across Salesforce (Financial Services Domain) and the Experience Cloud portal.
