QA Engineer

Role Summary

The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of software deliverables across multiple projects. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing testing strategies and quality standards for SFCC projects, ensuring robust test case solutions, and working with cross‑functional teams to align testing processes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of manual test cases for Web, mWeb, Android, and iOS apps.
• Testing of promotions, coupons, and campaigns via SFCC Business Manager.
• Working knowledge of any OMS like Manhattan MAO or IBM Sterling / Fluent Commerce, etc.
• Identify and log defects during the testing lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain test cases and results.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and quality.
