Job Description
We’re looking for a QA Engineer (Level 3) to join our Global QA Engineering team at Meltwater. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by owning testing efforts across features and services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute test strategies, identify and resolve defects, and contribute to continuous improvements in our QA processes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in QA who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to drive quality in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do:
Own and execute manual test cases across bug/defect workflows, new feature development, and regression/E2E testing.
Identify, document, and drive resolution of defects with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and supporting evidence.
Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
