QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of the Zing Coach product across mobile, backend, AI-driven features, and partner integrations. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role focused on pragmatic testing, release confidence, production issue triage, and driving quality throughout the development lifecycle in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manually test iOS and Android applications, backend APIs, and web components across B2C and B2B flows.
• Own regression for releases: define scope, prioritize what must be tested and ensure critical paths are covered.
• Get involved early in feature discussions: clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, identify edge cases and push for better testability.
• Test AI-driven features (chat, recommendations, CV modules) using structured scenarios and sanity checks, not just happy paths.
