Job Description
Company :
Inokom Corporation Sdn. Bhd.1. To measure, analyze and report out Paint Shop quality performance.
2. To plan, manage and synergize 4M in QA section of Paint Shop 3 based on SQDCM.
3. Lead and monitor Paint Buyoff group to ensure good final product.
4. To drive, monitor, analyse data and implement corrective actions to meet high quality product based on product specification and different customer’s requirements.
5. To plan and manage Paint Buy-off activities, prevent flow out activities and improvement for paint flow out issue.
6. Lead, supervise and motivate personnel to achieve the productivity, quality and cost targets.
7. To promote 5S, ESH (Environment Safety & Health), Kaizen and ICC activities for subordinate
