Job Description
We’re looking for a QA, R&D, and IMS Manager to oversee our quality assurance programs, drive product development, and ensure compliance with global standards through robust management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of food safety and quality systems (e.g., cGMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO, Halal)
- Oversee research and development initiatives to support product innovation and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate internal audits, site visits, and accreditation activities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate quality and safety into daily operations
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to QA, R&D, and IMS teams
