Owns quality across all Mercola products — web (React/TypeScript), mobile (React Native iOS & Android), and backend APIs (NestJS/Python). This role leads the entire Manila QA team, defines test strategy, establishes quality gates across all environments (Dev -> Staging -> UAT -> Production), and drives test automation adoption. The QA Manager is the final sign-off authority for production releases and reports quality metrics directly to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain comprehensive test strategy spanning web, mobile, and API workstreams
• Establish quality gates for each environment with clear pass/fail criteria
• Own the release sign-off process for production deployments
• Define and track quality metrics: defect density, test coverage, defect escape rate, regression pass rate
