QA QC Manager - Civil

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures specifically tailored for civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction activities, materials and workmanship, proactively identifying and addressing potential quality issues.
• Manage and oversee a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance, training and performance evaluations to ensure effective quality control practices.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications and submittals, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and identifying any potential discrepancies.
• Possess experience in high‑rise building and villas.
