Experience: *A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.*

*Job Summary:*
To lead and oversee quality assurance activities with a strong focus on process engineering in manufacturing /toy manufacturing.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Develop, implement, and monitor in-process quality control tools.
2. Ensure compliance with process engineering parameters to achieve consistent product quality.
3. Lead ISO 9001 internal audits and facilitate external certification audits.
4. Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.).
5. Conduct on-site customer visits and support complaint resolution.
6. Develop and deliver quality training programs for new operators and inspectors.
