Job Description

Location: 3rd Floor Stonestown Business Center, Mastersons Avenue, Cagayan de Oro City.

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

Working Days: Monday to Friday; Fixed Rest Days: Saturday and Sunday.

Employment Type: Full-time.

Qualifications

  • With or without BPO/call center experience.
  • Has Good Communication Skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Able to influence agents to deliver quality leads.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Responsible for ensuring all leads generated are validated on a realtime basis.
  • Answer Operations’ questions concerning QA guidelines and policies.
  • Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
  • Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
