Job Description
Location: 3rd Floor Stonestown Business Center, Mastersons Avenue, Cagayan de Oro City.
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Working Days: Monday to Friday; Fixed Rest Days: Saturday and Sunday.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Qualifications
- With or without BPO/call center experience.
- Has Good Communication Skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Able to influence agents to deliver quality leads.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Responsible for ensuring all leads generated are validated on a realtime basis.
- Answer Operations’ questions concerning QA guidelines and policies.
- Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
- Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.
