Qualifications

  • College graduate or completion of at least 2 years (4 semesters) of college education.

  • Has an ability to mentor agents and provide constructive feedback on monitored calls.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Specialist, offering expertise in operational processes.
  • Participate in client-initiated teleconferences and meetings.
