Job Description
- Inspect and test raw materials and finished products
- Monitor food safety and quality during production
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company standards
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Assist with audits and corrective actions
- Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines (SSOPs)
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Food technology
- Knowledge of food industry standards of FDA and ISO is preferred
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Capable of training and leading all employees on the implementation of quality
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
