QA Specialist: Standards, Testing & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Developing Standards: Creating and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
• Testing and Inspection: Conducting rigorous testing (e.g., functional/performance testing in software) or inspecting manufactured goods to identify defects.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing test data to identify trends, find root causes of defects, and recommend improvements to the production process.
• Documentation and Reporting: Documenting testing procedures, tracking issues, and reporting results to developers or managers to ensure resolution.
• Compliance: Ensuring products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
