Job Overview:



To ensure the effective implementation of Quality Management Systems, Food Safety Management System, Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, and other programs in the plant.



Qualifications:



1. Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Physical Sciences, or Food Technology or equivalent course.

2. At least 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing industry. Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.

3. Above average supervisory skills - planning, leading, organizing, controlling

Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)

4. Knowledgeable in ISO FSSC 22000 is an advantage

5. Above average people and communication skills

6. Highly responsible with a positive working attitude

7. Must be wiling to be assigned in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro
