Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparation, updating, and monitoring of vessel manuals and plans, including:
- Ballast Water Management Plan (BWMP)
- Garbage Management Plan (GMP)
- Vessel Response Plans (VRPs) and Non-Tank Vessel Response Plans (NTVRPs)
- Shipboard Oil Pollution Emergency Plan (SOPEP) and Shipboard Marine Pollution Emergency Plan (SMPEP)
- Monitor vessel audit status, vetting status, inspection schedules, and maintain related records.
- Prepare and coordinate all documentation required for newly taken-over vessels and fleet additions.
- Update and maintain vessel Key Performance Indicator (KPI) records.
- Update and maintain vessel training records and monitor compliance with training requirements.
- Assist in collecting, consolidating, and monitoring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from vessels.
