Responsibilities
- Carry out material identification, perform fitness inspection and relevant NDTs for ITP
- Implementation of “In Plant Quality Plan” and In Plant Check List
- Conduct welder procedure qualification and welder performance test
- Conduct pneumatic testing etc as necessary
- Ensure all material identification, destructive and nondestructive testing are carried out on a regular basis so that production is not held up
- Check and ensure only welders qualified on specific procedures are allowed to weld on these procedures
- Work on, coordinate, monitor and control of all works related to project documentation
- Ensure all QA/QC documents are documented and recorded to the standard of company proper system
- And other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
