Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QAQC procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and corrective actions.
- Attend site meetings and quality reviews.
- Monitor testing and commissioning activities.
- Minimum 2–5 years of QAQC experience in construction projects
- Experience in: Building construction, M&E works, Infrastructure projects, Quality inspections and testing. Managing subcontractors and site quality issues
