Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and guidelines specific to facade construction.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings and specifications related to the facade.
- Monitor the selection and quality of facade materials including glass, cladding, insulation, and sealants.
- Verify that installation methods comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of facade inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Generate reports summarizing QA/QC findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project management to track and resolve quality-related issues.
- Communicate quality-related information to project stakeholders including project managers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss and address quality concerns and improvements.
