~ Lead and support the management of internal quality incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
~ Direct and facilitate analysis of customer complaints, implementing internal containment actions to mitigate issues.
~ Lead the creation, editing, and updating of quality system documents, including CP, FIS, and WI.
~ Organize and conduct training for subordinates on quality measurement tools and quality control principles.
~ Direct efforts to follow up on incoming material defects, ensuring swift resolution.
~ Monitor and address issues related to homemade components, ensuring quality compliance.
