Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for trackwork and railway projects.
- Conduct inspections and tests on trackwork components and railway systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain the company's quality management system for trackwork and railway projects.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality control and assurance specific to trackwork and railway projects.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall trackwork and railway quality and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in any Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering
