Job Description

Construction QAQC Manager

Responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring, and improving the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) system to ensure all works comply with project specifications, BCA requirements, consultants' requirements, ISO standards, and client expectations.

1. Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Develop and maintain Project Quality Plan (PQP).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Implement company quality policies and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and updates of quality documentation.
  • Lead quality audits and management review meetings.
2. Inspection & Testing Management
  • Establish Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
  • Ensure inspections are conducted according to approved procedures.
