Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Manager is a hands‑on operational leader responsible for solving quality problems, strengthening quality policies, and driving consistent execution across the organization. This role requires active ownership of issues, strong decision‑making, and a visible presence on the shop floor.

The QA Manager leads the QC Inspectors and QA Leads, training, setting priorities, reinforcing standards, and building a disciplined, high‑performing quality team. This position is accountable for effective problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action, as well as for strengthening procedures, controls, and audit readiness.

The QA Manager owns quality reporting and communication, ensuring risks, non‑conformances, and corrective actions are clearly documented and communicated to management, customers, and auditors.
