Ensure World-Class Quality for Global Technology (AI/Data Centre) Products What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a team of Quality Inspectors.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Investigate product defects and identify root causes.
- Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare quality reports, audit records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality procedures.
- Train employees on quality requirements and best practices.
- Support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Experience in electronics, EMS, semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
