Job Qualifications:
• At least High school or Senior High School graduate, College undergrad or with Vocational Course
• Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role or equivalent within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Optical
Measuring Machines (OMM) for dimensional inspection.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct (FAI) and (CPK) to validate product accuracy.
• Experience in performing Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and in-line support to ensure ongoing production quality.
• Familiarity with jig and fixture qualification procedures to verify equipment accuracy and alignment.
• Background in supporting engineering trials by providing dimensional data and feedback on new processes or equipment.
• Proven ability to document inspection results, generate quality reports, and effectively communicate findings to relevant teams.
