Job Description

Purpose of the Role To provide administrative support to the Quality Department by managing quality documentation, inspection records and project quality files. Minimum Requirements · Grade 12 · Quality Administration experience within a construction, fabrication or engineering environment · Minimum 3 years' relevant experience · Strong document control experience · Proficient in Microsoft Office · Experience working with quality management systems Key Responsibilities · Maintain quality documentation and records · Control inspection reports and quality dossiers · Compile turnover packs and manufacturing data books · Manage document revisions · Assist with audits and client documentation requests · Track quality records and certificates · Ensure document control compliance
