Tasks / Job Scopes
- Perform quality inspections on machined parts, fabricated components, and finished products.
- Verify product dimensions and specifications according to engineering drawings.
- Use measuring equipment such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Identify defects and ensure only conforming products proceed to the next process.
- Prepare inspection records and quality reports.
- Assist in root cause investigation and corrective action activities.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to maintain product quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and customer quality requirements.
Education
- Minimum SPM or vocational/technical school training
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
