Job Summary:

The QC Operator is responsible for ensuring the quality of the content digitized to prevent player or operator issues. They work closely with the QA specialist and the production manager to ensure that quality standards are met, and deliverables meet the clients' requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Based on statistic groups, verify audio/video content to identify any defects or anomalies, including audio and video quality issues due to our setup (players/converters/encoders) or by our operators (truncated content, wrong digitization comments, misuse of the tools, etc.) and communicate with the QA Specialist to take the actions needed to stop the issues...
